The director in the project department is quite interesting. When I first arrived at the project department, the director earnestly told me that it is important for young people to come to the construction site to learn things, but more importantly, they must not pick up some bad habits on the construction site. This made me hear it like thunder. I had previously imagined that the director might just go through the motions with some cliches like "Young man, work hard. My position will be yours in the future." But that was not the case. The director's sincere teachings, like those of an elder in the family, left a deep impression on me. The way colleagues in the project department get along like family also makes people feel very warm.

Besides, there is another task worth mentioning. Previously, I was directly involved in the image planning work of the Zhijiang Cultural Center. When I received this task at that time, I was quite stunned. My resume mentioned that I knew a little about making PPTS. However, they assigned me to create a ppt for the project's image planning. I thought to myself, "Let's just do it. Send me the content and I'll beautify it." It turns out that I'm too naive, just a "newbie" with a bit of a simpleton. There were only two excellent cases and templates of company image planning with PPTS. I just fumbled around and forced myself to go to the "battlefield". Later, I made a rather conventional ppt, which was generally qualified but lacked much novelty. From the planning of the project department's layout plan, to the contact with the relevant participants in the layout work, to the final finalization of the plan and the coordination of on-site layout and other matters, I was involved in all of them and found it very interesting. During the process of project assignment, I also learned a lot, got to know many colleagues from Jiangnan, and gained a lot of joy from work. In conclusion, I'm grateful to the leader for giving me this opportunity. Although I didn't perform very well, I will keep working hard.

More than two months of work have given me, a "newbie", a lot of insights. July is the job-hunting season for college students. I hope many of you, like me, have just stepped out of the campus. The "newcomers" who are fortunate enough to join the Jiangnan family can happily participate in their work and gain unique experiences of entering the workplace and society every day. May we grow together with Jiangnan. Come on!

What I remember most vividly is that on the first night I entered the project, the project director warmly received me and invited me to sit in front of the computer with everyone to watch the "World Cup", which made me feel the deep care and full vitality of Jiangnan Company. As a student majoring in water supply and drainage, my first task upon entering the project was pile driving. Under the guidance of the director and other project members, I quickly mastered the process flow and key points of supervision of pile driving. At the same time, the director also required us to study every day and not fall behind in professional knowledge. Half a year later, I had become the leader of the project's installation and safety supervision. Thank you, Jiangnan!

In July 2018, I took the examination for supervisors in Zhejiang Province and obtained the supervisor certificate. In August, under the organization of the company, I participated in the 2018 college student training. Here, I felt the vitality of Jiangnan, got to know many outstanding colleagues, and gained a deeper understanding of the company and the industry. Thank you, Jiangnan!

At the beginning of this year, I was fortunate enough to be selected by General Manager Dong Keyu of Taizhou Branch and joined the branch as an external staff member. During the past half year of study, I have learned how to file a project, how to bid, how to write a good technical bid, how to communicate with others, and how to solve the problems encountered in the project, etc. Time and again, my bidding achievements have verified that my technical skills are improving rapidly. Time and again, my communication with external personnel has rapidly enhanced my communication and expression abilities. In April, I was fortunate enough to participate in the Ivy League training organized by the company. I gained a lot from each class and benefited greatly. Thank you, Jiangnan!

My experience is just a snapshot of the over 3,000 employees at Jiangnan. It's graduation season again, and new graduates are taking up their posts one after another. As a college graduate joining the company, I would like to offer a piece of advice to the new employees: Never slack off in your studies. Jiangnan, this vast platform, is waiting for you to shine and display your talents.

There will be a time when we can ride the wind and break the waves, and hoist the sail high to cross the vast sea. We believe that the future of Jiangnan belongs to us and that we can contribute to its development. Now we are proud of Jiangnan, and in the future, Jiangnan will be even more glorious because of us. Graduation season, onboarding season. To this day, I still clearly remember that bright beginning. I followed a highly skilled master to get in touch with fine decoration. From being at a loss at the beginning to gradually understanding the professional knowledge of fine decoration, Such as checking the anti-alkali back coating treatment of stone materials, on-site pull-out tests of post-embedded parts, installation of doors and Windows, surface layer treatment and laying, quality specifications of new materials and finished product protection, etc. Every time I review the construction drawings and specifications at work, and follow the chief supervisor to conduct quality and safety inspections, I can gain growth through calm thinking and continuous summary. Sometimes there may be mistakes at work, but I believe that "failure is the mother of success". One should actively look for the reasons in the mistakes and gradually learn to constantly improve oneself in an orderly and well-balanced work environment. On the other hand, the diligent and meticulous working attitude and the pursuit of excellence of the colleagues in the project department have enabled me to deeply understand the core values of "integrity, professionalism, value, and win-win" of Jiangnan Management. These values are silently reflected in the daily work of every Jiangnan employee, which is not only a belief but also a force! In life, the enthusiastic help from my colleagues enabled me to adapt to the life in the project department more quickly and fully experience the pleasant atmosphere like that of the big family of Jiangnan Management. The words are short but the feelings are long. In such a brilliant summer, it adds many more colors.

Li Ka-shing once said, "An egg broken from the outside is food; broken from the inside is life." Life is disrupted from the outside by pressure. "Breaking from within is growth." If one wants to change his destiny and achieve growth in life, it doesn't rely on others; the key lies in himself. This summer, I am extremely fortunate to be able to join such an outstanding working platform as Jiangnan Management. In this era of vigorous development, let's work together and give full play to our strengths. The silver saddle shines upon the white horse, as swift as a shooting star. I wish myself and my colleagues a better self in Jiangnan Management!

Looking back on the work I have experienced, during the first three months of joining the project department, it happened that the materials were urgently needed to be submitted to the Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, and the work tasks were extremely urgent. I not only have to organize materials but also fill in the gaps. It can be said that I am constantly in the company of materials. Such days were very fulfilling and were the period when I learned and grew the fastest. Even to this day, when I recall the scene of the mountain of materials and that fulfilling experience at that time, I can't help but feel a lingering aftertaste.

During the more than one year of work after graduation, I have felt that a data clerk is the most fundamental and comprehensive job position in the construction industry. For newcomers who want to engage in the construction industry, it is a very good starting point. Data clerks are exposed to a wide range of aspects, including quality, safety, progress, technology, and comprehensive on-site management in the construction industry, as well as construction norms and technical standards. Especially for newcomers who have just started in the construction industry, as long as you work hard to learn, the data clerk will give you a very high starting point for learning. You can also focus on learning a certain aspect during the process of organizing materials, laying a better foundation for your future development.
